Yes. Application data and backups are hosted in France, on Scaleway (Paris region). A signed Data Processing Agreement is available self-service on every plan, including the free one.

The free plan includes 5 AI surveys and 100 responses per month, with no credit card. Pro is 19 EUR per month for 30 surveys and 1,000 responses. Team plans run from 59 EUR to 399 EUR per month.
Do I need a credit card to try it?
No. The free plan does not ask for a credit card.
Does the AI really read open-text answers?
Yes. Free-text answers are clustered into recurring themes, scored for sentiment, and summarised into a verdict that is recomputed as responses arrive — whatever language they were written in.
Do respondents need an account?
No. A survey is shared by public link or QR code, and responses are anonymous by default.
Can I import an existing survey?
Yes, from Typeform, Google Forms, Tally, Jotform, SurveyMonkey, Qualtrics, Microsoft Forms, CSV or JSON. Imports consume no AI credits.
How is Kynna different from a regular form builder?
A form builder collects answers and leaves you to read them. Kynna writes the questionnaire from your goal, then analyses open answers continuously: themes, sentiment, a verdict, and suggested follow-up questions while collection is still running.
